She was a major contributor to NEW YORK CARES, a city wide volunteer service reaching out to those in need. Laura spent much of her time teaching underprivileged children how to create, cook and serve three course meals.  The children ranged in ages from 11-17.  It was a very challenging and fulfilling experience for Laura. To complete her adventure in New York she worked for Thomas Keller (of French Laundry fame) at BOUCHON BAKERY (www.frenchlaundry.com) in the Time Warner Center, NYC.

Currently, Laura is continuously building her client base with satisfied clients.  She is also fully committed to COACH ART http://www.coachart.org/and teaching chronically ill children and their siblings how to cook. In 2014 she received Volunteer of the Year for Coach Art.
